Returns
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase as The Original Hamper Company aims to always provide high quality products that are fault free and undamaged.  However, if you are not entirely satisfied, provided that the goods are returned unused and in original condition within 14 days (from date of receipt), we will give you an exchange or refund.

When returning goods you are advised to obtain proof of posting from Royal Mail as we cannot accept responsibility for items which fail to reach us.  Please note, we will not pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged.  This does not affect your statutory rights
