Delivery
We aim to dispatch any product you order from us within 24 hours of you placing your order. All items will delivered by first class, signed for post.

Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with any item you order, provided that the goods are returned unused and in original condition within 14 days (from date of receipt), we will give you an exchange or refund.

When returning goods you are advised to obtain proof of posting from Royal Mail as we cannot accept responsibility for items which fail to reach us.  Please note, we will not pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
